The Community Transport program offers personal transport assistance for eligible Unley residents to attend medical appointments and some social activities. Our Social Connections programs are designed to provide volunteer based social support to eligible elderly residents who are socially isolated. Each program supports residents to feel socially connected within their community. Unley Social Shopping Group - volunteers assist eligible residents living in the City of Unley with their shopping Central Market Bus Trip monthly for eligible residents Individual Shopping Program - volunteers assist residents with shopping fortnightly Exchanging Memories Program - friendship program for volunteer and residents Friendly Visiting Program - volunteer program that reduces social isolation Community Harvest Project - fresh fruit and vegetables delivered fortnightly to eligible residents by volunteers
